"A bit too far out for me"
For me, the location just wasn’t very convenient. Getting there, it took longer than I thought it would, and for my everyday routine it didn’t really work. Nice enough maybe for someone closer, but the distance was a big downside for me.

"Quiet stay and totally fine for a light sleeper"
I was a little nervous about the noise before I booked, so I kept wondering if I’d made the right choice. But it ended up being really quiet at night, and I slept well both nights. I did hear a tiny bit from outside in the morning, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. If you’re worried about noise like I was, I’d say don’t stress too much, it was a really comfortable stay overall.

"Really friendly office staff"
The office staff were super friendly and really easy to talk to. I had a few questions, and they answered everything without making me feel like I was being rushed, which I appreciated. I did have to wait a bit for a call back, so that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. But overall it was a good experience, and everyone I dealt with was nice
"Decent service, but the follow-up took a while"
At first I was like, okay nice, this is going smoothly. I reached out to lewisishome.com and they got back to me fast, and most of my questions were answered right away.
But then the follow-up kind of dragged. I found myself checking back and thinking, wait, did they forget about me? I ended up having to message again just to get an update, which was a bit frustrating.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. Just a little uneven. I’d probably consider using them again, but I’d really hope the communication is quicker next time.

I booked this place mostly because the amenities looked decent in the listing, but it ended up being a letdown because the gym was closed the entire time we were there, the WiFi kept cutting in and out, and when we tried to use the laundry room a bunch of the machines were out of order so it just felt like nothing was really available when we needed it.
The staff mentioned that some things were “being fixed,” which is fine I guess, but no one told us any of that before we arrived and for the price I really expected the basic stuff to actually be working, so I wouldn’t book here again.

"The application part was easy..."
The application part was easy and didn’t give me any trouble. I was feeling good about the whole thing at first, but then the lease papers took a while to show up, which was kind of frustrating. Not a huge disaster or anything, just a bit annoying when you’re waiting around.

I was disappointed with how the community areas looked. For some reason, there always seemed to be trash around, and the hallways just felt dirty and neglected. It didn’t really seem like anyone was staying on top of it, which was frustrating because I expected the place to be much better maintained.

Overall, they did a solid job handling my mail and packages. The updates came through just fine, so I never felt completely in the dark. One pickup did take longer than I expected, which felt a little dramatic in the moment, but it wasn’t a disaster. Good experience overall.

The grounds looked fine overall and the grass was trimmed, so it’s not even about that. It just felt like some of the details were missed — a few beds had weeds, and the edging looked a bit rushed. Not a bad job by any means, I just expected it to look a little tidier for the price.

The site itself was fine to use, but the parking information was really unclear. We showed up and had such a stressful time trying to find a spot nearby, which kind of put a damper on the whole visit. I really wish they had explained the parking situation better beforehand. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was definitely frustrating.

I was in a calm mood when I was thinking about it, the rent feels a little high for what you actually get. It’s not a bad place or anything, and overall it’s been okay, but I do wish the value felt a bit better for the price.

"Fees weren’t explained clearly"
The site itself was fine, but the billing part really annoyed me. I didn’t feel like the extra fees were communicated clearly before I paid, so the final total felt like a bit of a surprise. Maybe it was tucked away in small text somewhere, but that kind of thing should be obvious. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I’d definitely pay closer attention next time.

"Great spot if you're traveling with a dog"
We stayed here with our dog and it was such an easy experience. Nobody made it feel like a big deal, there was no fuss at all, and he had enough room to get comfortable quickly.
The place was clean and still felt genuinely pet friendly, which I really appreciated because that combo can be hard to find. We'd happily book again if we're traveling with him.

"Maintenance really dragged their feet"
I had a frustrating experience with maintenance. I reported an issue it felt like my request just sat there while everyone acted like someone else was handling it. I kept having to follow up for basic updates, which got annoying fast.
By the time someone finally responded, the whole thing still took way longer than it should have. I understand places get busy, but it’s hard not to feel like maintenance wasn’t exactly making it a priority. Overall, not a great experience

Moving out was mostly straightforward. I handed back the keys, took the final meter photos, and got everything wrapped up without much hassle. They did answer my questions in the end, but at times I felt a bit ignored and had to wait longer than I expected for replies.
The deposit came back with a small cleaning deduction, which seemed fair enough. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, and I would’ve appreciated clearer updates along the way. Still, it wasn’t a huge issue, and they did explain it eventually.

"Nice community feel overall"
Been living here for a bit now, it’s been good. Neighbors are friendly, people usually say hi, kids are out playing, and feels safe enough to walk around in the evening. Has a nice community vibe most days and usually isn’t too loud, aside from some weekends. Only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is that a few shared areas could be cleaned up more often. Overall though, been a good place to live.

The property management team was nice enough and professional whenever I actually got in touch with them. They took care of the main things, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But getting a response was slow sometimes, and I had to follow up more than once, which got frustrating. What annoyed me most was getting those canned apology replies that sound like they were copied and pasted instead of someone actually addressing the delay. Overall, it was fine, just nothing that really stood out.
